حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" لَا يَزْنِي الْعَبْدُ حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
