حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ
