  حاصل أن أبا حمزة زاد لشعبة في الإسناد قوله عن أبيه بخلاف أبي التياح فإنه قال عن رجل من طيء عن عبد الله ولم يقل عن أبيه والضمير في الرواية لابن الأخزم لا لأبي حمزة فأما أبو حمزة فإنه يعرف بجار شعبة واسمه عبد الرحمن واختلف في اسم أبيه وله ترجمة في التهذيب وليست له رواية في التهذيب عن أبيه
