حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ قُنْفُذٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ:
أَرَادَ مَرْوَانُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ أَرْضَهُ، فَأَبَى عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ: إِنْ أَتَوْنِي قَاتَلْتُهُمْ ; سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
