حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ خِرِّيتٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نُعَيْمُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، قَالَ:
رُئِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَمْسَحُ خَدَّ فَرَسٍ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ عَاتَبَنِي فِي الْفَرَسِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was seen wiping the cheek of a horse, and he was asked about that. The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "Gabriel rebuked me concerning the horse."
