حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ لَنَا كِلَابًا مُكَلَّبَةً فَنُرْسِلُهَا عَلَى الصَّيْدِ فَيُمْسِكْنَ عَلَيْنَا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِذَا كُنَّ مُكَلَّبَةً فَأَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكَ وَقَتَلْنَ فَكُلْ مَا لَمْ يَشْرَكْهَا كَلْبٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا
Translation

✧ I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, we have trained dogs. We send them upon game and they catch it for us.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If they are trained and they catch it for you and kill it, then eat as long as no other dog has shared in it.'
