حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّ مَوْلَى ابْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ رَجُلُ صِدْقٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ الْأَسْقَعِ الْبَكْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَاءَهُمْ فِي صِفَةِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ فَسَأَلَهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَيُّ آيَةٍ فِي الْقُرْآنِ أَعْظَمُ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ {اللهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ}

✧ The Prophet ﷺ came to them in the company of the Muhajirun, and a man asked him, 'Which verse in the Quran is greatest?' The Prophet ﷺ said, '{Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep.}'
