حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ عَلَّمَنِي ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ التَّشَهُّدَ فَذَكَرَ التَّشَهُّدَ ثُمَّ قَالَ
اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ مَا أَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَا أَعْلَمُ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادُكَ الصَّالِحُونَ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَاذَ مِنْهُ عِبَادُكَ الصَّالِحُونَ اللهُمَّ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

✧ O Allah, I ask You for all that is good, what I know of it and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your righteous servants have asked You for, and I seek refuge in You from the evil from which Your righteous servants have sought refuge. O Allah, our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
