✧ Ibn Masʿūd said: “Do not give your children [nabīdh] to drink. They were born upon the fiṭrah. Would you give them to drink what is not lawful for them? Their sin is upon the one who gave it to them to drink, for Allah, Mighty and Exalted, has not placed your healing in what He has forbidden you.”
