حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا فِي أَمْرِكِ بِيَدِكِ «إِنِ اخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَوَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا وَإِنِ اخْتَارَتْ زَوْجَهَا فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ»
