حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ صَاحِبُ الذِّرَاعِ قَالَ قَالَ
لِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «نَاوِلْنِي الذِّرَاعَ» فَنَاوَلْتُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ «نَاوِلْنِي الذِّرَاعَ» فَنَاوَلْتُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ «نَاوِلْنِي الذِّرَاعَ» فَقُلْتُ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ وَلِلشَّاةِ غَيْرُ ذِرَاعَيْنِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ نَاوَلْتَنِي مَا زِلْتَ تُنَاوِلُنِي»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said to me, "Hand me the foreleg." So I handed it to him. Then he said, "Hand me the foreleg." So I handed it to him. Then he said, "Hand me the foreleg." I said, "O Prophet of Allah, does a sheep have more than two forelegs?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If you kept handing me, you would continue handing me."
