حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالُوا «إِذَا مَضَتِ الْأَشْهُرُ الْأَرْبَعَةُ فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ وَهِي أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا» قَالَ قَتَادَةُ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ «تَعْتَدُّ عِدَّةَ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ»

✧ ʿAlī, Ibn Masʿūd and Ibn ʿAbbās said: When the four months have passed, it is one pronouncement of divorce and she is more entitled to herself. Qatādah said: ʿAlī and Ibn Masʿūd said: She observes the waiting period of a divorced woman.
