حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَسُئِلَ عَنْ §أَمْوَالِ الْيَتَامَى؟ فَقَالَ
«إِذَا بَلَغُوا فَأَعْلِمُوهُمْ مَا حَلَّ فِيهَا مِنْ زَكَاةٍ فَإِنْ شَاءُوا زَكَّوْا وَإِنْ شَاءُوا تَرَكُوا»
