حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ عَنْ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
«إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ قَسَمَ بَيْنَكُمْ أَخْلَاقَكُمْ كَمَا قَسَمَ بَيْنَكُمْ أَرْزَاقَكُمْ وَإِنَّ اللهَ يُعْطِي الْمَالَ مَنْ يُحِبُّ وَمَنْ لَا يُحِبُّ وَلَا يُعْطِي الْإِيمَانَ إِلَّا مَنْ يُحِبُّ فَإِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ عَبْدًا أَعْطَاهُ الْإِيمَانَ فَمَنْ ضَمِنَ بِالْمَالِ أَنْ يُنْفِقَهُ وَهَابَ الْعَدُوَّ أَنْ يُجَاهِدَهُ وَاللَّيْلَ أَنْ يُكَابِدَهُ فَلْيُكْثِرْ مِنْ قَوْلِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ»

✧ “Indeed Allah ﷻ has distributed your characters among you just as He has distributed your provisions among you. And indeed Allah gives wealth to those He loves and those He does not love, but He does not give faith except to those He loves. So if Allah loves a servant, He grants him faith. So whoever is not guaranteed to spend his wealth, and fears the enemy to fight him, and fears the night to endure it, let him increase in saying: There is no god but Allah, Allah is greatest, praise be to Allah, and glory be to Allah.”
