حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ هِلَالٍ الْوَزَّانِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ بَدَأَ بِالْيَمِينِ قَبْلَ الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ
وَاللهِ إِنَّ مِنْكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا سَيَخْلُو اللهُ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَمَا يَخْلُو أَحَدُكُمْ بِالْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ يَقُولُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِي ابْنَ آدَمَ؟ مَا غَرَّكَ بِي ابْنَ آدَمَ؟ مَا غَرَّكَ بِي ابْنَ آدَمَ؟ مَاذَا عَمِلْتَ فِيمَا عَلِمْتَ؟ ابْنَ آدَمَ مَاذَا أَجَبْتَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ؟

✧ By Allah, there is none among you except that Allah will meet with him privately on the Day of Resurrection just as one of you meets with the moon on the night of the full moon. He will say: 'What deceived you concerning Me, son of Adam? What deceived you concerning Me, son of Adam? What deceived you concerning Me, son of Adam? What did you do with what you knew? Son of Adam, what did you answer the messengers?'
