حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ:
مَنْ هَاجَرَ يَبْتَغِي شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ. قَالَ: هَاجَرَ رَجُلٌ لِيَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً يُقَالُ لَهَا أُمُّ قَيْسٍ، وَكَانَ يُسَمَّى مُهَاجِرَ أُمِّ قَيْسٍ.
