حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا فُرَاتُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ ؓ بَشَّرَاهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ كَمَا أُنْزِلَ فَلْيَقْرَأْهُ عَلَى قِرَاءَةِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ»

✧ Abu Bakr and ʿUmar ؓ gave him the good news that the Prophet ﷺ said, “Whoever is pleased to recite the Quran as it was revealed, let him recite it according to the recitation of Ibn Masʿud.”
