حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ الْبَرْقِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ
«كَانَ إِسْلَامُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ وَخَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ وَعُثْمَانَ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عِنْدَ النَّجَاشِيِّ فَقَدِمُوا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فِي صَفَرٍ سَنَةَ ثَمَانٍ مِنَ الْهِجْرَةِ»
