حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أُمَّ قَوْمَكَ وَاقْدِرْهُمْ بِأَضْعَفِهِمْ فَإِنَّ فِيهِمُ الْكَبِيرَ وَالضَّعِيفَ وَذَا الْحَاجَةِ»
