حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ضُمَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا وَلَمْ يَعْرِفْ حَقَّ كَبِيرِنَا وَلَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ غَشَّنَا وَلَا يَكُونُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مُؤْمِنًا حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young and does not recognize the right of our elders. And he is not one of us who deceives us. And a believer is not a believer until he loves for the believers what he loves for himself."
