حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ قَالَ
أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِنَاقَةٍ هَدِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ لِي «قُمْ فَاحْلُبْهَا» فَقُمْتُ فَحَلَبْتُهَا فَلَمَّا ذَهَبْتُ لِأُجْهِدَهَا قَالَ «دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ»

✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ with a she-camel as a gift. He said to me, “Get up and milk it.” So I got up and milked it. When I went to exhaust the milk, he said, “Leave the remaining milk in the udder.”
