حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحِنَّائِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ قَالَا ثنا طَالُوتُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ ثنا فَضَالُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ثنا أَبُو أُمَامَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلَتْ أُمُّ هَانِئٍ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ ثَقُلْتُ فَعَلِّمْنِي دَعَوَاتٍ يَنْفَعُنِي اللهُ بِهِنَّ قَالَ قُولِي سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ تَعْدِلُ مِائَةَ رَقَبَةٍ تُعْتَقُ لِلَّهِ ﷻ وَاحْمَدِي اللهَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ تَعْدِلُ مِائَةَ فَرَسٍ مُلْجَمٍ يُحْمَلُ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَكَبِّرِي اللهَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ تَعْدِلُ مِائَةَ بَدَنَةٍ مُقَلَّدَةٍ تُهْدَى إِلَى بَيْتِ اللهِ وَوَحِّدِي اللهَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ لَا يُدْرِكُكِ ذَنْبٌ بَعْدَ الشِّرْكِ
Translation

✧ Umm Hani' asked the Messenger of God ﷺ, saying, “O Messenger of God, I am a heavy woman, so teach me supplications by which God may benefit me.” He said, “Say: Glory be to God one hundred times, which equals one hundred slaves set free for God ﷻ. And praise God one hundred times, which equals one hundred bridled horses ridden in the path of God. And magnify God one hundred times, which equals one hundred garlanded camels offered to the House of God. And declare God's oneness one hundred times—no sin will overtake you after shirk.”
