حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْعَمِّيُّ النَّحَّاسُ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ثنا عَمِّي وَأَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ وَلَمْ يُدْرِكِ الصَّلَاةَ فَقَالَ

لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «صَلِّ» ثُمَّ قَالَ «أَلَا أَحَدٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى هَذَا فَيُصَلِّيَ مَعَهُ؟» فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَصَلَّى مَعَهُ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «وَهَذِهِ جَمَاعَةٌ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: “Pray.” Then he said: “Will not anyone give charity to this man by praying with him?” A man stood and prayed with him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “And this is a congregation.”
