حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَنْ دَايَنَ بِدَيْنٍ وَفِي نَفْسِهِ وَفَاؤُهُ فَمَاتَ تَجَاوَزَ اللهُ عَنْهُ وَأَرْضَى غَرِيمَهُ بِمَا شَاءَ وَمَنْ دَايَنَ بِدَيْنٍ وَلَيْسَ فِي نَفْسِهِ وَفَاؤُهُ فَمَاتَ اقْتَصَّ اللهُ لِغَرِيمِهِ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, “Whoever takes on a debt while intending to repay it and then dies, God will overlook it and satisfy his creditor as He wills. Whoever takes on a debt without intending to repay it and then dies, God will exact it from him on behalf of his creditor on the Day of Resurrection.”
