حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَحِلُّ شَرْيُ الْمُغَنِّيَاتِ وَلَا بَيْعُهُنَّ وَلَا تِجَارَةٌ فِيهِنَّ وَثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ» وَتَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللهِ بِغَيْرِ عَلِمٍ} الْآيَةَ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “It is not lawful to buy singing women, nor to sell them, nor to trade in them, and their price is forbidden.” Then he recited this verse: {And among people is he who purchases idle talk to lead astray from the way of God without knowledge} [Q 31:6].
