حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ نَجْدَةَ ثنا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ثنا عُفَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَثَلُ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ كَمَثَلِ نَهَرٍ عَذْبً يَجْرِي عِنْدَ بَابِ أَحَدِكُمْ يَغْتَسِلُ فِيهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ خَمْسَ مَرَّاتٍ فَمَاذَا يَبْقَى عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الدَّرَنِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The example of the five daily prayers is like that of a fresh river flowing near the door of one of you, in which he washes himself five times a day. So, what remains of dirt on him?"
