✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The last man to enter the Garden is a man who flips over on the bridge, back to belly, like a boy whom his father beats while he flees from him, his deeds unable to make him proceed. He says: 'O Lord, let me reach the Garden and save me from the Fire.' Allah, exalted is He, reveals to him: 'My servant, if I save you from the Fire and admit you to the Garden, will you confess to Me your sins and your errors?' The servant says: 'Yes, O Lord, by Your might and majesty, if You save me from the Fire, I will confess to You my sins and my errors.' He crosses the bridge, and the servant says within himself, between himself and himself: 'If I confess my sins and my errors to Him, He will send me back to the Fire.' Then Allah reveals to him: 'My servant, confess to Me your sins and your errors, and I will forgive them for you and admit you to the Garden.' The servant says: 'No, by Your might, I have never committed a sin and never made an error.' So Allah reveals to him: 'My servant, I have a witness against you.' The servant turns right and left and sees no one, and he says: 'O Lord, show me Your witness.' So Allah makes his skin speak about the small sins. When the servant sees that, he says: 'O Lord, by Your might, I have the great hidden sins.' So Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, reveals to him: 'My servant, I know them better than you. Confess them to Me, and I will forgive them for you and admit you to the Garden.' So the servant confesses his sins and enters the Garden." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ laughed until his molars showed, saying: "This is the lowest of the people of the Garden in rank, so how about the one above him?"
