حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْبَاقِي الْأَذَنِيُّ ثنا الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ وَاضِحٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "O people, Allah has given every possessor of a right his right; there is no bequest to an heir."
