✧ Sa'sa'ah bin Mu'awiya bin Husayn bin 'Ubadah bin Nazal bin Murrah bin 'Ubayd bin al-Harith bin 'Amr bin Sa'd bin Zaid Manata bin Tamim bin Murrah, the uncle of Ahnaf bin Qais used to reside in Basra.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ صَعْصَعَةَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَمِّ الْأَحْنَفِ قَالَ

قَدِمْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ} فَقُلْتُ وَاللهِ لَا أُبَالِي أَنْ لَا أَسْمَعَ غَيْرَهَا حَسْبِي حَسْبِي

✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ and heard him recite this verse: {So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it}. I said: By Allah, I do not care if I hear nothing other than it; it is enough for me, enough for me.
