حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَسَّالٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لِلْمُسَافِرِ إِذَا أَدْخَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ وَهُمْا طَاهِرَتَانِ أَنْ يَمْسَحَ عَلَيْهِمَا ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيَهُنَّ وَلَا يَنْزِعْهُمَا مِنْ غَائِطٍ وَلَا بَوْلٍ إِلَّا مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ»

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, 'For the traveler, when he puts on his leather socks while his feet are pure, he may wipe over them for three days and their nights and not remove them on account of defecation or urine, except [in the case of] major ritual impurity.'
