✧ On the Day of Judgement, Allah has prepared punishment and anger for those who steal the wealth of a Muslim, or falsely swear on them with a false oath.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ
جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ فِي بَيْتٍ فَكُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنَّا تَأَخَّرَ عَنْ مَجْلِسِهِ لِيَجْلِسَ إِلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَامَ عَلَى الْبَابِ فَقَالَ الْأَئِمَّةُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ وَلَهُمْ حَقٌّ وَلِي حَقٌّ مَا فَعَلُوا ثَلَاثًا إِنْ حَكَمُوا عَدَلُوا وَإِنْ عَاهَدُوا وَفَّوْا وَإِنِ اسْتُرْحِمُوا رَحِمُوا فَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ فَعَلَيْهِمْ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us while we were in a house, and each one of us moved back from his seat so that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ might sit next to him. He stood at the door and said: "The leaders are from Quraysh, and they have a right, and I have a right over them as long as they do three things: if they judge, they are just; if they make a covenant, they fulfill it; and if they are asked for mercy, they show mercy. Whoever of them does not do that, upon them is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people."
