حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَنْعَمَ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نَسِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ وَأَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ وَعُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ وَشَدَّادُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمَرْأَةُ إِذَا قَتَلَتْ عَمْدًا لَا تُقْتَلُ حَتَّى تَضَعَ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا إِنْ كَانَتْ حَامِلًا وَحَتَّى تُكَفِّلَ وَلَدَهَا وَإِنْ زَنَتْ لَمْ تُرْجَمْ حَتَّى تَضَعَ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا وَحَتَّى تُكَفِّلَ وَلَدَهَا»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said, “The woman, if she kills intentionally, is not to be killed until she gives birth to what is in her womb if she is pregnant, and until she has weaned her child. And if she commits adultery, she is not to be stoned until she gives birth to what is in her womb and until she has weaned her child.”
