حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَنَا «يُوشِكُ أَنْ تَكُونُوا فِي النَّاسِ كَالْمِلْحِ فِي الطَّعَامِ لَا يَصْلُحُ الطَّعَامُ إِلَّا بِالْمِلْحِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say to us: “Soon you will be among the people like salt in food; food is only good with salt.”
