وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ «إِذَا خَاصَمَ الرَّجُلُ الْآخَرَ فَدَعَا أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ لِيَقْضِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا مَنْ أَبَى أَنْ يَجِيءَ فَلَا حَقَّ لَهُ»
Translation
