وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ يَسْتَفْتِيهِ فِي أَكْلِ الضَّبِ فَقَالَ «لَسْتُ آمِرًا بِهِ وَلَا نَاهِيًا عَنْهُ أَحَدًا غَيْرَ أَنَّا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَسْنَا طَاعِمِيهِ»
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Samurah
✧ A man came to the Messenger of God ﷺ seeking his ruling about eating lizard. He said: “I neither command nor forbid anyone regarding it, except that we, the family of Muhammad, do not eat it.”
