وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنَّهُ مَنْ ضَلَّ لَهُ مَالٌ أَوِ اسْتُرِقَ فَعَرَفَهُ وَجَاءَ عَلَيْهِ سَنَةٌ فَإِنَّ مَالَهُ يُؤَدَّى إِلَيْهِ وَإِنَّ الَّذِي ابْتَاعَهُ يَبِيعُ ثَمَنَهُ عِنْدَ بَيْعِهِ الَّذِي ابْتَاعَ مِنْهُ»
Translation
Chain of narrators

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ used to command us: “Whoever loses property or has it stolen, then recognizes it, and a year passes over it, his property is to be returned to him, and the one who bought it may reclaim its price from the one who sold it to him.”
