حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ السَّمُرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ خُبَيْبٍ قَالَ
«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا تَبَايَعَ مِنَّا الرَّجُلَانِ فَإِنَّ أَحَدَهُمَا يَبِيعُهُ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يُقَارَّ صَاحِبَهُ وَيُخَيِّرُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَيَخْتَارُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا هَوَاهُ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: When two men from among us trade with one another, one of them sells to the other with an option until he settles with his companion, and each of them gives his companion the choice, and each of them chooses what he desires from the sale.
