حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ الْوَابِشِيُّ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْبَيِّعَانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ»
