حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ثنا خَالِدٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ غَلَبَ عَلَى مَاءٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ» وَقَالَ وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ «فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever gains control over water, it belongs to him." And Wahb b. Baqiyya said: "He has the most right to it."
