حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَخْرَمُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْرَمَ ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»
