حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ ثنا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ»
