حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ وَأَبُو خَلِيفَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ سَوْرَةَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ وَالْأَرْضِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ»
