حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ ضَاعَ لَهُ مَتَاعٌ فَوَجَدَهُ فِي يَدِ رَجُلٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَيَرْجِعُ الْمُشْتَرِي عَلَى الْبَائِعِ بِالثَّمَنِ»
