حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ
«أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالِاسْتِمْتَاعِ فِي فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَاسْتَمْتَعْنَا مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ثُمَّ نَهَانَا عَنْهُ»

✧ 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to engage in mut'ah during the conquest of Makkah, so we enjoyed mut'ah with women. Then he prohibited us from it.'
