حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ عَرَفَةَ وَلَهُ صُحْبَةٌ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ مَعَ النِّسَاءِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ تَمُوتُ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ وَلَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَحْرَمٌ قَالَ «يُتَيَمَّمَا وَلَا يُغَسَّلَا»
