حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ وَابْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ
«خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى خَيْبَرَ حَتَّى أَدْرَكْنَا بِالصَّهْبَاءِ وَبَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ خَيْبَرَ رَوْحَةٌ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْقَوْمَ بِأَزْوَادِهِمْ فَمَا أُتِيَ إِلَّا بِسَوِيقٍ فَلَاكَ وَلُكْنَا ثُمَّ قَامَ فَمَضْمَضَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ»

✧ Suwayd b. Muqarrin al-Muzani reported: “We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Khaybar until we reached al-Sahba’, and between it and Khaybar there is a distance of a morning’s journey. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called the people for their provisions, and nothing was brought except sawiq (a coarse mixture of ground barley or wheat). He ate and we ate. Then he stood, rinsed his mouth with water, and then prayed Zuhr and Asr.”
