حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ ثنا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَرِيرٍ أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ وَعِيسَى بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى حَدَّثَهُمَا عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَاقَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ»
