✧ The Prophet ﷺ had a servant called Yasar. He noticed that he prayed well, so he freed him and sent him to his milch camels at al-Harrah, where they were. Some people from ʿUraynah in Yemen professed Islam and came while they were ill with fever and their bellies were swollen. The Prophet ﷺ sent them to Yasar. They drank from the camels' milk until their bellies subsided. Then they attacked Yasar, slaughtered him, put thorns in his eyes, and drove off the camels. The Prophet ﷺ sent Muslim horsemen after them, led by Kurz b. Jabir al-Fihri. He caught up with them and brought them back. He cut off their hands and feet and put out their eyes.
