حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشَ قَالَا ثنا حَرِيزُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا نِمْرَانُ بْنُ مِخْمَرٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him. If he repeats—he said it three times—on the fourth, kill him."
