حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَرْضِ قِيٍّ فَحَانَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ مَاءً فَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ فَإِنْ أَقَامَ صَلَّى مَعَهُ مَلَكَاهُ وَإِنْ أَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ صَلَّى خَلْفَهُ مِنْ جُنُودِ اللهِ مَا لَا يُرَى طَرَفَاهُ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "When a man is in a barren land and the time for prayer comes, let him perform ablution; if he finds no water, let him perform tayammum. If he gives the iqamah, his two angels pray with him; and if he gives the adhan and the iqamah, behind him pray soldiers of God whose two ends are not visible."
